Fox’s Biscuits on the Heart Network November 2012
RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition apply to the on air radio competition Fox’s ("the Competition") which will run from 05.11.12 to 09.11.12 (“the Duration”) and The "Radio Station" is Heart Network.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must call the studio as directed by the presenter (the “Telephone Line”). Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.
Each day we will invite listeners to call to play and we will randomly select a caller.
The presenter will ask 3 topical questions related to celebrity news that is happening that day.
If the entrant answers question 1 correctly they will win £500 – they then have a chance to double it to £1,000 by getting question 2 correct and again to £2,000 by getting the 3rd and final question correct – if they get any wrong they will win the last amount of cash already awarded and the competition round ends.
All entrants will be required to talk to the presenter and a call will be recorded with the presenter and played on-air. If the caller is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected.
Eligibility:
Winners must be aged 18 or over.
Multiple entries are NOT permitted.
